Senior Data Consultant

About the role

Artefact, an international company deploying AI and data solutions, is looking for Senior Data Consultants in its Casablanca office. They lead complete data projects autonomously, working in client teams or in the office under supervision by a manager, director or partner, and mentoring junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Project management: lead project streams, ensure delivery, spot bottlenecks, take notes, prepare minutes and documentation, give constructive feedback to juniors
• Deliverables: present benchmarks, case studies and workshop decks, write storylines, deliver impactful slides, lead interviews and workshops
• Client relations: build trust, network confidently and identify business opportunities
• Company contribution: develop offers, industries or partnerships, take part in recruitment and train new hires
• Internal impact: share expertise (strategy, data governance, data marketing), spread knowledge internally, take part in external events and coach juniors

Required profile

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm
• Dual business and data profile, curious about data and technology
• Analytical mindset, client management experience and ability to spot business opportunities
• Rigor, proactivity and excellent written and oral communication in French and English (mandatory)
