Join a global leader in energy recovery technologies. We are seeking a high-performing Desalination Sales Manager to spearhead our market expansion in Morocco and neighboring regions, driving sustainable water solutions through innovative technology.
Missions principales
- Develop and execute a strategic territorial sales plan to capture market share in the desalination sector.
- Manage and expand a diverse client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships with end-users, consultants, OEMs, and EPCs.
- Drive business growth through proactive lead generation and high-level technical presentations.
- Conduct comprehensive market research (PAM, TAM, SAM, SOM) and maintain rigorous competitive intelligence.
- Prepare complex commercial proposals and collaborate closely with internal departments (Marketing, Legal, Accounting) to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Manage regional travel budgets and representation expenses while ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
Profil recherché
- Proven track record in technical sales management, preferably within the water treatment or desalination industry.
- Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems (EPC, OEM, Consultants).
- Strategic thinker with experience in market sizing and territory planning.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in a professional international environment.
- Results-oriented professional with a proactive approach to business development.
