Senior Développeur Back-End

About the role

DXC Technology in Casablanca is looking for a Senior Back‑End Developer to work full‑time on client projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high‑performance Java services using the Spring ecosystem and modern cloud‑native practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back‑end applications with Spring Boot, Spring Security and Spring Batch.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs handling JSON payloads.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Integrate messaging solutions such as Kafka (mandatory) and RabbitMQ.
• Apply DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerisation with Docker.
• Participate in code reviews, version control using Git and ensure high code quality.
• Support the integration of AI models where required.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional experience in back‑end development.
• Strong expertise in Java and the Spring framework.
• Solid understanding of micro‑services, monolithic and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL/PLSQL and ORM concepts.
• Proven ability to work onsite in a client‑facing role.
