Senior ERP Support Specialist (NetSuite ERP)

About the role

Join Forvis Mazars Asia‑Pacific in Casablanca as a Senior ERP Support Specialist, focusing on the support, enhancement, and maintenance of the Oracle NetSuite cloud‑based ERP system for multiple entities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for NetSuite‑related queries from various Forvis Mazars offices and support enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with end‑users to gather business requirements, configure the system, and perform testing.
• Provide timely resolution of support tickets, data migration assistance, and functional support for finance, HR, and consulting teams.
• Maintain recurring ERP system maintenance tasks and ensure stability of databases and processes.
• Prepare and update SOPs, FAQs, workflow documentation, and deliver end‑user training sessions.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field with exposure to both finance and IT.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of accounting/finance processes and ability to work in a professional services environment.
• Team‑oriented, detail‑focused, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite (desired but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with ERP support, ticketing systems, and issue tracking.
• Scripting knowledge (advantageous but not required).
