Senior Finance Consultant (F/H)

About the role

As a Senior Finance Consultant, you will work closely with client business units to enhance their finance function. You will be responsible for analysing financial performance, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic decision‑making through modelling and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret client financial data, produce reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and conduct benchmarking.
• Map and assess current finance processes, propose improvements and contribute to the digitalisation of finance functions, including ERP and EPM implementations.
• Develop financial models, run scenario simulations and support budgeting automation to aid strategic decisions.
• Assist clients in defining target operating models, implement new organisational structures and train internal teams on new practices.
• Participate in performance‑management projects, design dashboards and implement EPM tools for performance tracking.
• Engage in all project phases from diagnostics to operational rollout while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contribute to proposal writing, commercial presentations and business development activities.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (Master’s or engineering) from a business school or equivalent.
• Proven experience in finance, preferably in consulting or advisory environments.
• Strong analytical mindset, rigor and ability to handle complex subjects.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Team‑player with dynamic attitude.
