Senior Finance Controller (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Senior Finance Controller you will drive financial performance across the Northern & Western Africa region, support strategic decision‑making and ensure financial transparency, compliance and effective business steering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for the region.
• Monitor financial performance, provide actionable recommendations and conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in line with Group requirements.
• Drive performance management through KPI monitoring, profitability analysis and act as a trusted business partner to management teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies and statutory requirements, coordinate internal and external audits and support risk‑management initiatives.
• Oversee working capital and cash‑flow performance, identify improvement opportunities and support accounting, tax and regulatory compliance activities.
• Contribute to finance‑related projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a comparable field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or Financial Management.
• Experience in an international, multicultural business environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into business actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
