Senior Finance Manager – Shared Services & Transformation

About the role

We are an international industrial group expanding our finance leadership in Morocco. The Senior Finance Manager will lead a growing Shared Services Centre, overseeing finance delivery for more than 13 European legal entities while driving further migration of entities into Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and treasury.
• Ensure accurate month‑end closing, balance‑sheet reconciliations and group reporting for 13+ entities across eight European countries.
• Own AP, AR, payment runs, bank reconciliations, fixed‑asset accounting and short‑term cash forecasting.
• Define and monitor service‑level targets for throughput, accuracy, ageing and payment performance.
• Manage finance migration waves from scoping through cut‑over and hyper‑care.
• Maintain relationships with European Finance Directors, Group IT, banks, auditors and external accountants.
• Strengthen internal controls, segregation of duties and payment‑authorisation processes.
• Develop the SSC structure, build capability and eliminate single points of failure.
• Operate across SAP and a broader multi‑ERP environment.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Full ownership of a complete accounting close.
• Proven experience in AP, AR, payments, balance‑sheet reconciliations, fixed assets and cash forecasting.
• At least three years of team leadership or management.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP FI/CO and multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.
• Track record of leading ERP implementations, shared‑services migrations or finance process transfers.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Recognised accounting qualification or equivalent advanced finance education.
