Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines, AI‑powered workflows and integrations that help property managers scale their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with property managers and internal teams to understand workflows, identify friction points and define high‑impact product solutions.
• Design, develop, test and deploy full‑stack features using Python, FastAPI, React and TypeScript, ensuring reliability and performance in production.
• Build event‑driven automation pipelines that synchronize reservations, trigger cleaning schedules, send guest communications and generate owner reports.
• Integrate with external platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google to create a seamless ecosystem.
• Iterate on shipped features using customer feedback, usage data and operational metrics to continuously improve usability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product‑mindset with curiosity about user needs and willingness to engage directly with customers.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical, working solutions and own outcomes end‑to‑end.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a remote‑first environment.
