Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Yakeey, a fast‑growing PropTech company, is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own a specific domain (marketplace, credit or valuation) within its modern micro‑services platform. You will work across both frontend and backend, ensuring high‑quality delivery while keeping the overall architecture consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain domain‑specific micro‑services in Java/Spring Boot using domain‑driven design.
• Build high‑performance user interfaces with React.js, Next.js, MUI and TypeScript following the company design system.
• Design, expose and document APIs that integrate your domain with other platform components, adhering to the Model Context Protocol (MCP) where applicable.
• Implement reusable frontend components that consume those APIs, guaranteeing accessibility and a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with data, DevOps and AI teams to ensure smooth integration of dependencies, pipelines and AI features.
• Participate in architectural discussions, share domain insights and contribute to a cohesive platform strategy.
• Apply best practices for code quality, testing, security and observability; conduct code reviews and support continuous delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with T‑shaped skills and deep expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Strong understanding of adjacent areas such as data engineering, DevOps and AI.
• Proactive curiosity about next‑generation AI technologies, including large language models and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Ability to design robust, scalable solutions while maintaining architectural consistency.
