Senior IT Recruitment & Business Development Specialist

About the role

Silitech Consulting is seeking a proactive Senior IT Recruitment & Business Development Specialist to drive growth and talent acquisition across Europe. You will combine recruitment expertise with business development to secure new projects for our engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and present IT candidates, guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database with high‑quality talent.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities for consultants across Europe.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to match their needs with the right talent.
• Manage client contracts, timesheets and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment and business development strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong HR background with solid knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Experience in sales, business development or related fields is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a results‑driven attitude.
• Familiarity with the Belgian market is a plus.
