Senior JavaScript Developer (Full‑Stack)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior JavaScript Developer to lead the design, development and delivery of web solutions for our clients. The role covers the full development lifecycle, client interaction, and mentorship of junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full development lifecycle: design, estimation, planning, development, unit testing, release and implementation support.
• Collaborate with the team, delegating tasks based on strengths to maximise performance.
• Work on Agile projects, managing resources and ensuring successful business implementation.
• Engage with clients and prospects, delivering technical presentations.
• Capture, analyse and translate client requirements into solution designs.
• Document solutions for internal and client reference.
• Conduct code reviews, practice TDD/BDD and utilise CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide training on implemented solutions and continuously improve technical expertise.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and experience in client‑facing roles.
• Experience working on multi‑region or global projects with distributed Agile teams.
