Senior Legal Consultant (Corporate & Employment Law)

About the role

Baker Tilly Morocco is expanding its Legal Department and seeks a Senior Legal Consultant to join the Casablanca office. The role offers a dynamic environment with exposure to high‑value corporate and employment law matters for both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documentation.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and employment law issues.
• Prepare and update corporate documents such as incorporations, amendments, restructurings and transformations.
• Handle legal formalities with tax authorities, commercial courts, land registry and other relevant bodies.
• Ensure ongoing legal follow‑up of client portfolios and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal and case‑law research and produce monthly legal updates.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal advisory practice with strong corporate law exposure.
• Solid knowledge of corporate and employment law.
• Excellent drafting and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (Arabic is a plus).
• High sense of confidentiality, rigor and professionalism.
• Team spirit, autonomy and adaptability.
