Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

AXA Global Business Services is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join its AI team in Rabat. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with data scientists, engineers and DevOps to deliver production‑ready ML solutions for the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train and optimise ML/DL models using TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit‑learn, turning prototypes into production‑ready assets.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines on Azure for model training, evaluation and deployment, automating end‑to‑end delivery.
• Improve inference performance, reduce latency and control cloud costs while ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Contribute to a full MLOps architecture: data/model versioning, model registry, monitoring and incident management.
• Document models, pipelines and best practices to guarantee maintainability and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Engineering or related fields.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end model deployment, monitoring and maintenance in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services (Azure ML, AKS, Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks) for MLOps implementations.

Required skills

• Programming: Python, SQL, PySpark.
• ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, MLflow, Kubeflow.
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Terraform (preferred).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data/model versioning and scalable deployment practices.
