Senior Manager – Deals Transaction Services

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Deals – Transaction Services practice in Casablanca. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising, delivering high‑quality financial analysis and due‑diligence work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of analysts and senior consultants in financial due‑diligence, valuation and modelling assignments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for French and international clients, providing strategic advice on M&A and capital‑raising transactions.
• Ensure deliverables meet PwC quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development for the Deals practice.
• Collaborate closely with audit and advisory teams to provide integrated, high‑value solutions.

Required profile

• Graduate of a top business or engineering school with a finance specialization.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A, corporate finance advisory, valuation or strategic financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication abilities.
• Natural leadership, client‑service orientation and a passion for challenging projects.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
