Senior MICE Designer

About the role

Lumi Morocco is seeking a passionate Senior MICE Designer to create tailor‑made incentive programs, corporate events, meetings and high‑end experiences across Morocco. The role involves managing projects with budgets ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 2 million.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver bespoke incentive programs, corporate events and high‑end experiences throughout Morocco.
• Manage event budgets up to USD 2 million, ensuring cost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MICE, incentive travel or event management in Morocco.
• Proven ability to handle events with budgets of USD 200,000 and above.
• Strong organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Comfortable collaborating with clients, suppliers and multicultural teams.
