Senior MLOps / AIOps Engineer

About the role

RED TIC is looking for a Senior MLOps / AIOps Engineer to bridge the gap between machine‑learning model development and production deployment. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Automate and streamline deployment of ML models into production environments.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model training, testing and serving.
• Implement robust monitoring and observability for model performance, drift and resource usage.
• Work closely with data scientists and architects to understand model requirements and constraints.
• Manage cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and container orchestration (Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Ensure versioning and reproducibility of models, datasets and experiments.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps or software engineering, with at least 1 year focused on ML model deployment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.

• Python (core ML workflow language).
• Java or Go (optional).
• Machine‑learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn.
• ML lifecycle tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI.
• Containerization: Docker, Rancher.
• Orchestration: Kubernetes, Helm.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Git.
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana.
• Data storage: SQL databases, Object Storage.
