Senior Program Manager – Early Career Programs

About the role

RED TIC is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead its Early In Career portfolio. The role will influence multiple engineering lines of business, drive program execution, and act as an ambassador for career‑development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Influence and secure sponsorship from stakeholders across engineering lines of business.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute a broad portfolio of Early In Career initiatives.
• Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, risks, and blockers.
• Provide regular data‑driven status updates to senior leadership.
• Manage the overall program budget, track spend, and forecast future needs.
• Establish consistent reporting standards and benchmark programs against industry best practices.
• Facilitate career‑development sessions and craft proposals for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to capture requirements and navigate complex dependencies.
• Design scalable frameworks, processes, and tools for end‑to‑end project management.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project management, data analysis, and business strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with both functional and technical teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to influence in ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Excel, including dynamic pivot tables and data visualization.
• Experience building and managing reporting tools, scorecards, and KPI metrics.
• Advanced data analysis and quantitative/qualitative program evaluation.
• Project management expertise and ability to create scalable processes.
