Senior Project Manager – Urban Technology Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of large‑scale urban technology projects for Honeywell. This position combines technical oversight of ELV systems with strategic leadership across engineering, finance and stakeholder management to improve city infrastructure and public services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong technical expertise on ELV systems such as BMS, CCTV, ACS and SCS.
• Ensure a safe working environment on site for all employees, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and visitors.
• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of a portfolio of projects aligned with Honeywell verticals.
• Mentor, hire and develop project teams while fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, funding and expenditures to keep projects financially viable.
• Integrate smart technologies (IoT, AI) into city infrastructure to enhance public services and quality of life.
• Manage cross‑functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, commercial, contracts).
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks related to urban development projects.
• Regularly report progress, milestones, budgets and impact to key stakeholders.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Handle variation orders, contractual claims and ensure accurate documentation for handover and acceptance.
• Track retention and defects liability periods to close out work packages and release retention monies.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise on ELV systems (BMS, CCTV, ACS, SCS).
• Proven leadership experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with government agencies, private sector partners and community groups.
• Track record of proactive risk management and compliance with urban development regulations.
