Pentabell is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Resident Engineer to join one of our key clients in the IT & Telecom sector. This mission-critical role is based in Morocco and focuses on ensuring the high availability, stability, and performance of complex technical infrastructures through hands-on support and expert maintenance.

Missions principales

• Provide expert on-site technical support for critical IT infrastructure and advanced telecom systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct proactive system audits and regular performance evaluations to optimize infrastructure reliability.
• Collaborate closely with local technical teams to ensure seamless operations and strict compliance with international standards.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of all maintenance activities, system changes, and generate detailed technical reports for stakeholders.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience within the IT & Telecom industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale network infrastructures and telecom systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure.
• Ability to work autonomously on-site while maintaining excellent communication within a team environment.

Competences requises

• Advanced Networking & Server Administration (Routing, Switching, Windows/Linux Servers).
• Deep knowledge of Telecom network infrastructure and protocols.
• Proficiency in using professional diagnostic tools and monitoring software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software layers.
• Excellent technical reporting and documentation capabilities.
