Senior Retail Inventory Specialist – Morocco

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Retail Inventory Specialist to lead inventory excellence for our operations in Morocco. The role ensures accurate stock data across stores, warehouses and systems, supporting the Retail Operations Lead and Consumer Excellence manager.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports and analyse item performance.
• Develop and enhance the inventory reporting structure for consistency.
• Identify high‑turn and low‑turn items and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Control inventory adjustments, including quantity and price variance analysis.
• Investigate and resolve system discrepancies and minimise stock data inaccuracies.
• Lead the stock audit process from planning through execution.
• Ensure alignment of stock items and revenue in aLS and SAP (100% accuracy).
• Propose process improvements to prevent irregularities and support loss‑prevention.
• Train store teams on RFID tools and collaborate with country operations to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Clear open transfer STS and DC‑Store and share best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 3‑4 years of retail inventory control experience, preferably in sports or consumer goods.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience with RFID tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with RFID inventory systems.
