Senior Sales Representative – Ultrasound & X‑Ray

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative – Ultrasound & X‑Ray will drive sales and marketing activities for Mindray’s imaging product portfolio across Morocco and the wider francophone region. Reporting to the local manager, the role combines direct customer engagement, project development and strategic promotion of ultrasound and X‑ray solutions in hospitals and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement sales and marketing strategies for hospitals and clinics.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for the ultrasound/X‑ray product line within the designated territory.
• Develop projects in collaboration with distributors, agents or directly with clients and manage the project funnel.
• Accompany customers on visits to reference hospitals (domestic and international) and organise targeted marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, reference hospitals and government departments.
• Provide monthly updates on project status and submit regular work plans to the manager.
• Travel frequently to client sites and business partners across Morocco.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in medical imaging (ultrasound and X‑ray).
• Strong command of English and French, both spoken and written.
• Field‑oriented mindset with willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to plan, optimise workload and work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Proven capability to identify customer needs, develop solutions and generate value.
