Senior Salesforce Core Technical Architect

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Salesforce Core Technical Architect to join its Professional Services team in Casablanca. The role centres on being a Core Platform subject matter expert who leads the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and platform solutions. The Technical Architect works with Project Managers and other Technical Architects to deliver on-time, fully functioning implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary authority for the Salesforce Core platform, supporting project delivery and linking platform architecture to the success of Agentforce and AI.
• Create application and technical design documents (Blueprints/FSD) that follow Salesforce best practices and integrate Salesforce into the customer's infrastructure.
• Design and guide enterprise architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the Platform, covering data model, sharing and security architecture and governance.
• Advise on integration best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards and environment management, and lead code reviews and define coding standards (Apex, LWC, Flows).
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings with executive customers and align technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Troubleshoot key implementation issues and manage risks proactively.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years in solution or technical architecture or consulting, focused on enterprise application design and complex integrations.
• Fluent English and French.
• Ability to travel to client sites for discovery and presentations (about 25%).
• On-site interviews at the Casablanca office.

Required skills

• Direct experience designing and configuring Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud for enterprise use cases.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, sharing and security architecture, governor limits and multi-org strategy.
• Knowledge of API patterns (REST/SOAP/Bulk/Platform Events) and integration with ETL, middleware and legacy CRM systems.
• Preferred: 5+ years with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and the Lightning Platform; familiarity with Agentforce and adjacent clouds (Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Data Cloud).
• Preferred: highly regarded Application/System Architect credentials, and 6+ Core certifications plus Agentforce Specialist and Data 360 certification.
