Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are seeking a technically proficient Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business needs across multiple domains. The role involves building scalable applications, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, and continuously improving the CRM ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce applications, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Connected Apps and OAuth.
• Ensure application performance, security and scalability while following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
• Produce technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.

Required profile

• Support business teams in requirement analysis, solution design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards and development guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Lightning Components.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for responsive UI development.
• Experience with REST APIs, Connected Apps, OAuth authentication flows and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows and Triggers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control and CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming principles; Java experience is advantageous.
