Senior Shipping Clerk / Pharmacy Technician – 3rd Shift (9:30 PM‑6 AM)

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to join our fast‑growing specialty pharmacy team on the third (overnight) shift. Working onsite in Stoughton, you will support patients and pharmacists by ensuring accurate medication preparation, delivery, and adherence throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and accurately enter prescription orders into the system.
• Clarify orders with pharmacists or clinicians as needed.
• Label, fill, and assemble prescriptions for pharmacist verification, including handling of refrigerated or hazardous medications.
• Prepare medication kits and supplies (needles, syringes, sharps containers, etc.) for patient administration.
• Conduct inbound and outbound patient calls, provide therapy adherence check‑ins, and resolve insurance or financial assistance issues.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, order and receive medications, and manage database records.
• Identify operational trends, propose process improvements, and participate in quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Current national certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and registration in the state of employment.
• Experience working in a specialty or hospital pharmacy environment, preferably on night shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict regulatory and safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
