Senior Social Media Account Manager – Morocco

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Community/Account Manager to lead the social media communities of key global brands in Morocco. The role blends account management, community engagement, content publishing, social listening, performance analysis, and proactive crisis handling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand communities across social platforms, providing real‑time engagement, moderation, and customer care.
• Publish and manage social content, including asset uploading, tagging, and organic post setup while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Monitor brand sentiment, conversations and trends to spot opportunities and potential issues.
• Analyze social media performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support proactive crisis monitoring and escalation of potential issues.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, strategy and account teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media or Content Management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, online communities, content trends and digital culture.
• Proven experience managing social media for major brands.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and respond to real‑time situations.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic/Darija.
