Senior Software Engineer – AI Platform for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Software Engineer you will design, develop, and scale core platform services that power reservations, pricing, payments, and automation across the rental lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable APIs, services, and event‑driven workflows for reservations, pricing, guest communication, and property operations.
• Build and maintain integrations with external platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google.
• Develop AI‑powered features using LLMs and AI agents to automate guest interactions and operational tasks.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure on AWS for reliability and global growth.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from problem definition through design, implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong experience building production‑grade software systems and owning their lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and balance speed with maintainability.
• Product mindset with curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
