DXC CDG Maroc, a joint venture between DXC Technology and the Moroccan Deposit and Management Fund (CDG), seeks a Senior Solution Architect to join its Enterprise Strategy and Architecture team in the Banking domain. The role focuses on defining and delivering end‑to‑end technical solutions that support the investment slate and guide business delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Setting technical direction for key business outcomes and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
• Designing and maintaining the Target State Architecture for banking capabilities, mapping components to the asset management system.
• Aligning application roadmaps with technology strategy and architectural principles.
• Optimizing architecture, performing scaled modeling, and conducting design reviews and walkthroughs.
• Managing the service feature backlog, raising epics and stories, and ensuring dependencies are identified.
• Conducting impact analysis of functional and non‑functional requirements, including regulatory and risk considerations.
• Documenting architectural decisions to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Validating design artifacts for completeness and testability to support effective change management.

The ideal candidate brings:

• 10+ years of experience in technology, with 5+ years in end‑to‑end solution architecture.
• Strong business acumen and engagement skills to influence strategy and prioritize outcomes.
• Experience in financial services, especially commercial lending, leasing, or equipment finance.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in banking and legacy transformation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, with relevant architecture or cloud certifications.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher (BAC +5).
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud technologies.
