Senior Spa Therapist (Luxury Resort)

About the role

The Senior Spa Therapist delivers exceptional spa treatments and creates memorable guest experiences at Amanjena. The role also involves mentoring junior therapists, maintaining treatment standards, and supporting the Spa Manager in daily operations and training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of professional spa treatments, including Aman signatures, massages, facials, body and beauty therapies.
• Supervise and support the spa team to ensure smooth service flow and consistency.
• Assist the Spa Manager with training, performance feedback and skill development of therapists.
• Monitor treatment room cleanliness, equipment condition and hygiene in line with health‑safety standards.
• Upsell treatments and retail products, contributing to the spa’s financial performance.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate guest records, treatment notes and reports.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and report any issues to the Spa Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort or high‑end wellness environment.
• Fluent in English with excellent guest service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, discretion and a strong commitment to upholding company values.
