Senior Supervisor – Accounting & Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead our Accounting and Tax function for AP Morocco in Rabat. The role involves overseeing the preparation, analysis and compliance of all accounting data, ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with accounting legislation and timely production of accurate financial information.
• Control accounting records, perform account analysis and oversee bookkeeping activities.
• Manage bank reconciliations and verify the consistency of accounting balances.
• Prepare, review and ensure compliance of tax filings in line with legal deadlines and group policies.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process, monitor budget versus actual performance and propose corrective actions.
• Provide senior management with required accounting reports and support finance‑related projects.
• Coordinate with internal finance teams, CEOs, external auditors, banks, suppliers and clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting and tax supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Demonstrated ethics, integrity, attention to detail and result‑orientation.
• Effective interpersonal and team‑spirit skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
