Senior Supply Planning Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Supply Planning Officer to join Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Casablanca. The role supports the end‑to‑end ordering cycle, collaborates with internal functions and suppliers, and ensures timely inbound operations within a GMP‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run the complete ordering cycle on SAP (processing, verification, edition, validation) and keep order data and key dates accurate.
• Follow up purchase orders with suppliers, prioritize urgent items and flag any delays early.
• Act as the single point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders (QA, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Warehouse, Production) to resolve open issues.
• Lead supply follow‑up routines, prepare and drive supply review meetings, publish and track actions.
• Coordinate with Clearance and Reception teams to secure customs documentation and ensure proper goods receipt in SAP.
• Work with Quality teams to release products on SAP, resolve complaints, and follow up CAPAs and quality action plans.
• Anticipate regulatory and artwork changes with Regulatory Affairs and align invoicing/payment terms with Finance for critical orders.

Required profile

• Bac+5 in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP environments, batch release processes and regulatory constraints.

Required skills

• SAP – purchase orders, MRP, master data management.
• Ivanti portal.
• Advanced Excel.
