Senior Technical Consultant

About the role

MBCOM Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to deliver VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions for enterprise customers across multiple regions. The role involves hands‑on implementation, configuration, validation, and support of VCF environments while collaborating with technical leads, architects, project managers, and customer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end VCF projects from implementation through validation and production hand‑over.
• Install, configure, validate, and troubleshoot VMware solutions such as VCF 9, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, HCX, and VKS.
• Participate in discovery workshops, technical discussions, and customer meetings.
• Perform health checks, upgrades, migrations, and operational optimisation activities.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge‑transfer materials.
• Support effort estimation, technical reviews, and pre‑sales activities when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting VMware infrastructure solutions.
• Strong practical experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, preferably VCF 9.
• Relevant VMware and Broadcom certifications (e.g., VCP‑VCF, VCAP, VCDX, VKS).
• Excellent customer‑facing communication and consulting skills.
