Serial Life Quality Manager

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is looking for a Serial Life Quality Manager to drive quality convergence across its engineering and manufacturing activities. You will act as the key quality liaison between engineering, plants, suppliers, after‑sales and customers, ensuring that warranty targets and product reliability goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality convergence plans to meet customer quality targets.
• Monitor, analyze and report quality KPIs, warranty claims, failure rates and warranty costs.
• Lead cross‑functional resolution of quality issues, coordinating engineering, plants, suppliers and quality teams.
• Manage Engineering Quality Issues (QIT) and ensure proper tracking in GIM/PLM systems.
• Support problem‑solving activities using quality data, reports and methodologies.
• Ensure production non‑conformities are addressed by plant quality teams.
• Prepare quality reviews and present status in customer and management meetings.
• Assess safety‑related risks and support field actions or service campaigns.
• Capture lessons learned and integrate them into future projects.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a quality management role within engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving, risk analysis and transversal team leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new tools and procedures.
