Serial Life Quality Manager

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is looking for a Serial Life Quality Manager to drive quality convergence across multiple sectors, including automotive, railway, IT, R&D, and telecom. You will act as the central quality liaison between engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, after‑sales, and customer experience teams, ensuring that warranty objectives and product reliability targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality convergence plans to meet customer quality targets.
• Monitor, analyse and report quality KPIs, warranty claims, failure rates and warranty costs.
• Lead cross‑functional resolution of quality issues, coordinating engineering, plants, suppliers and quality teams.
• Manage Engineering Quality Issues (QIT) and ensure proper tracking in GIM/PLM.
• Support problem‑solving activities with quality data, reports and proven methodologies.
• Ensure production non‑conformities are addressed by plant quality teams.
• Prepare quality reviews and present status in customer and management meetings.
• Assess safety‑related risks, support field actions or service campaigns, and integrate lessons learned into future projects.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a similar quality management role.
• Strong problem‑solving, risk analysis and transversal team‑leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills to manage quality issues.
• Autonomous, flexible and rigorous approach to learning new tools and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GIM/PLM systems for issue tracking.
