Service Engineer – Agricultural Products

About the role

The Service Engineer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive after‑sales support for agricultural equipment across a defined region. The role ensures equipment reliability, enhances customer satisfaction, and contributes to sales growth through technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full after‑sales process, including fault diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of agricultural machinery.
• Provide prompt regional technical support, coordinating resources to resolve equipment issues without disrupting customers' operations.
• Maintain regional customer relationships, oversee accessory inventory, and allocate resources to ensure orderly after‑sales service.
• Assist sales teams by promoting spare parts and mainframe sales, identifying customer pain points, and delivering professional solutions.
• Execute temporary tasks assigned by leadership and support overall business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Vocational high school diploma or higher, with relevant technical education.
• Hands‑on maintenance experience with agricultural equipment, familiar with equipment structure and principles.
• Hardworking, able to endure long‑term business trips, and possess strong teamwork and communication abilities.
