Service Quality Coordinator – Automotive Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Service Quality Coordinator to join our automotive manufacturing plant in Tangier. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will help ensure product and process quality, drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with customer and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily management of the Quality Department and coordinate quality activities across production.
• Manage customer complaints and non‑conformities using 8D, QRQC, PDCA and root‑cause analysis.
• Lead corrective and preventive action plans and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 and customer requirements.
• Prepare and support internal, customer and certification audits.
• Monitor quality KPIs, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and support new product launches and process validation.
• Promote a strong quality culture throughout the plant.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive core tools and standards.
• Fluent in French and English.
