Service Technician - Mobile Crane

About the role

The Service Technician for Mobile Cranes is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of crane equipment after sale. You will work directly with customers to diagnose faults, perform repairs, and maintain equipment, contributing to high customer satisfaction and uninterrupted business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Control the full after‑sales process, including fault diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of mobile crane equipment.
• Provide prompt regional technical support, coordinating resources to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime for customers.
• Maintain regional customer relationships, manage spare‑part inventory, and schedule supervision teams to ensure orderly service delivery.
• Assist sales teams by promoting spare‑part and main‑frame sales, identifying customer pain points and offering professional solutions.
• Execute temporary tasks assigned by leadership and support overall business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Vocational high school diploma or higher with relevant technical training.
• Hands‑on experience in crane maintenance, familiar with crane structure and operating principles.
• Ability to work long‑term on business trips, endure demanding field conditions, and adapt to varied customer environments.
• Strong teamwork spirit and effective communication skills.
