ServiceNow Developer

About the role

ALTEN MAROC is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications that meet business needs across incident, request, change and problem management. You will work closely with functional and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow applications and modules (incident, request, change, problem, service catalog, CMDB, knowledge management).
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems using REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub (e.g., LDAP, monitoring tools, CMDB).
• Configure and customize ServiceNow components, automate processes with JavaScript, Glide scripts, business rules and client scripts.
• Perform unit testing, debugging and quality validation of all developments.
• Provide technical support and collaborate closely with functional teams.
• Write technical documentation and follow development best practices.
• Participate in version upgrades and ongoing maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
