Setup Man – Molding Operations

About the role
As a Setup Man in the molding department, you will operate common machine tools, identify material properties and produce parts within tight tolerances. You will work alongside a diverse team to ensure safe, sustainable and efficient production.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up molding machines accordingly.
- Monitor workflow to assure quality and follow procedures for equipment failures.
- Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators.
- Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine parts, reporting critical feedback to engineers and supervisors.
- Repair identified issues, maintain machine activity logs and document final product records.
Required profile
- Minimum 0‑2 years of related experience.
- High school completion; vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation and teamwork.
Required skills
- Machine tool operation.
- Molding equipment setup.
- Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
