Setup Man – Stamping Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Setup Man to join our stamping production line. You will be responsible for preparing and operating machines, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the team to meet production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate stamping machines and related tools to start production runs.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings according to work requirements.
• Collect, document, and analyse inspection and quality data, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Assist supervisors in allocating resources, track critical performance metrics and report findings.
• Maintain records of production time, quantities and ensure timelines are met.
• Provide guidance and training to newer team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot operational and flow issues, adapting procedures and materials to meet product specifications.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under production timelines.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity and accountability.
