About the role
The Shift Leader will coordinate the daily activities of operator teams on the automotive production line in Oujda. This position ensures smooth execution of manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and supervise operator team activities to meet production targets.
- Maintain control, discipline, and compliance on the production line.
- Implement and improve 5S practices to enhance workplace organization.
- Participate in the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) by proposing ideas for process and organizational enhancements.
- Ensure accurate identification and handling of raw material components at the line.
Required profile
- Technician diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent.
- Strong sense of responsibility, availability, and flexibility.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Required skills
- Production line management.
- 5S methodology.
- Continuous Improvement (CIP) practices.
