Site Business Communication Coordinator (V.I.E.)

About the role

STMicroelectronics is looking for a V.I.E. in Site Business Communication at its Bouskoura site. You will support communication activities across the site, helping connect employees with business priorities, culture and transformation. Working closely with local leaders, HR and the business communication teams, you will contribute to clear, relevant and engaging communication that supports employee engagement and strengthens the site community.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and rollout of the site communication plan, aligned with regional and business priorities.
• Assist local leaders and managers in preparing presentations, talking points and employee messages.
• Adapt regional and business messages into clear local communication and help share site news and achievements.
• Help manage communication channels and editorial planning so employees receive timely information.
• Create and coordinate articles, visuals, videos and infographics in line with ST's communication standards and tone of voice.
• Support the planning and delivery of communication events and campaigns, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, listening activities, recognition moments and employee advocacy aligned with inST programs.
• Assist with communication on change, transformation and sensitive topics, following established processes.
• Build relationships with management, HR and communication teams, and measure impact using employee feedback, basic analytics and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Degree in communication, marketing, business or a related field.
• First experience or internship in internal, corporate or marketing communication, or events, is an asset.
• Interest in communication strategy, employee engagement, content creation and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong written and verbal English; knowledge of the local language is an asset.
• Organized, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
