Site Industrial Management Controller

About the role

The Site Industrial Management Controller is responsible for overseeing financial control, budgeting and reporting activities at an industrial site. The role ensures accurate cost information, monitors performance against forecasts and supports decision‑making for profitability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reporting elements, budgets, business plans and forecasts.
• Track and analyse actual results versus forecast and budget on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain accuracy of management‑control and costing data in the site ERP system.
• Guarantee reliability of gross‑margin calculations and related expense reporting during the closing process.
• Lead the controlling department to ensure efficient, profitable operations while complying with local laws and Group Valeo standards (MAF, LSF).
• Immediately alert the Financial Controller of any significant risks to the company or its employees.
• Coordinate with Product Lines and Regional Operations to ensure proper functioning of GPS modules.
• Continuously improve knowledge of internal systems (Comp@ss) and approve E‑procurement requests.
• Support the Group Ethics & Compliance program by adhering to Valeo’s code of ethics and policies.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial controlling, budgeting and cost analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and E‑procurement processes.
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate risks promptly.
• Familiarity with industrial standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to continuous learning and ethical compliance.
