Site Manager – Marine & Civil Works (Water Desalination)

About the role

RINA is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the replacement of a water desalination intake tower at the Port of Agadir, Morocco. The position is project‑based for 10‑12 months and requires on‑site presence to ensure the successful delivery of marine and civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities related to the intake tower, ensuring compliance with project specifications and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, including crane operators, diving teams, and marine and civil contractors.
• Monitor progress, manage execution deadlines, and report any deviations to the project management team.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the site.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marine and offshore construction or port‑based civil works.
• Ability to work permanently on‑site at the Port of Agadir.
• Fluent in French and English.
