Site Manager – Warehouse Operations

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Site Manager to lead warehouse operations in Morocco. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound processes while meeting customer service standards and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities, optimise layout and storage utilisation, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, manage cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team, set performance objectives and conduct reviews.
• Ensure full health, safety, security and environmental compliance, conduct inspections and promote PPE use.
• Monitor KPIs, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and support cost‑optimisation projects.
• Supervise customer‑facing teams, guarantee service level commitments and address performance issues.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Proven experience leading operational teams in a logistics or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and change‑management abilities.
