Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Production Engineer

About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer / Production Engineer you will own the reliability, availability and security of critical platforms running in a hybrid‑cloud environment. You will act as the production owner, collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, security and program teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous delivery with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor service level indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs) and error budgets to drive high availability.
• Own end‑to‑end incident management, lead major outages, maintain on‑call rotations and conduct post‑mortems.
• Build and maintain actionable monitoring, alerting and capacity‑planning frameworks.
• Automate operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code, runbooks and self‑healing mechanisms.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for critical applications, implement rolling, blue/green or canary deployments to reduce risk.
• Support the evolution of cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance and scalability.
• Participate in technology transformation projects, securing architectural and operational decisions.
• Execute security patching, vulnerability assessment and remediation in partnership with security teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
• Experience in production environments and incident response.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, security and program teams.
• Excellent communication skills for post‑incident reviews and stakeholder coordination.
