Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts for maximum impact.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community engagement.
• Track reach, engagement, and conversion metrics and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital‑marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and content performance.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling ability.
• Reliable power source (inverter, generator, or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
