Social Media Manager – Content & Growth

About the role

Narocta is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, community engagement, and performance analysis across multiple platforms. The role blends creativity, organization, and data‑driven thinking in a fast‑paced agency setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Research industry trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and identify content gaps.
• Plan, write, and schedule engaging posts, captions, and hooks that reflect brand voice.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, responding promptly and professionally.
• Track key metrics, generate performance reports, and use data to refine content and growth tactics.
• Manage multiple client accounts, maintain organized calendars, and support webinars, events, and special campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience managing several social media accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience growth tactics, and content strategy.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media scheduling and management tools.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
