Social Media Specialist – Financial Markets

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online communities across Telegram, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms. The role focuses on the financial‑markets sector, requiring a solid understanding of trading terminology and the ability to engage an international audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand social media channels on Telegram, X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Moderate Telegram communities, interact with traders, and remove spam or fraudulent content.
• Create and publish platform‑specific, engaging content, including market updates, educational material, webinars and campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community discussions; respond professionally and escalate technical issues when needed.
• Track engagement metrics, audience feedback and overall social media performance.
• Support social media contests, product launches and community initiatives while ensuring compliance with brand and financial communication standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or community management.
• Hands‑on experience with Telegram and X (Twitter); familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Background in forex, trading, fintech or brokerage is highly preferred.
• Excellent conversational and written English for an international audience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑platform environment.
