Social Media Specialist

About the role

Xiaomi is seeking a local Social Media Specialist to drive brand and product communication across its official channels in Morocco. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, create culturally relevant content, and ensure alignment with global brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Adapt global and regional assets into locally resonant storytelling, collaborating with designers, video editors, and agencies.
• Execute daily platform operations, including posting, basic community interaction, and moderation.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and produce simple performance summaries.
• Support product launches, store openings, and seasonal campaigns, coordinating with KOLs and creators as needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Moroccan culture and trends.
• 0.5–2 years of experience in social media operation or digital marketing.
• Native or fluent Moroccan Arabic; working proficiency in French and English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Facebook.

• Hands‑on experience with TikTok.
