Social Media Specialist (Morocco)

About the role

We are seeking a locally‑based Social Media Specialist to drive Xiaomi’s brand and product communication across Morocco. You will manage day‑to‑day operations of our official Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels, ensuring content is culturally relevant, timely and aligned with the global brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Adapt global and regional assets into locally resonant storytelling, collaborating with designers, video editors and agencies.
• Execute daily posting, basic community interaction and content moderation.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide simple performance summaries.
• Support product launches, store openings and seasonal campaigns, including coordination with KOLs and creators.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Moroccan culture and digital trends.
• 0.5‑2 years of experience in social media operation or digital marketing.
• Native or fluent Moroccan Arabic, with working proficiency in French and English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks against tight timelines.

Required skills
